My weekend sucks

I had great plans of relaxing and getting a head start on my article.. but Katrina had other plans. *GRUMBLES*

I'm scared.. very scared...

So far the weathermen say this can get very close to us..that's not good.

I'm afraid of this being the one that destroys the city that they all talk about. I am very very scared...

My stomach is in knots right now as I type this.

*sigh*

To those who think stuff like this is exciting.. yah right.

I hope everyone is safe and you'll be alright. I agree that there's nothing at all exciting about something like this, not when you care about others or you're potentially in it's path.

Ok.. I've been out of touch with "real life" since I worked this week.. last I heard it was just starting to be a Cat 1 and had made landfall in FL? Good freakin' grief! What happened?

Weathermen are scratching their head over Katrina right now.

But essentially, the hurricane dipped about 80 miles south, and crossed the Everglades instead of dry land.
